  • How can I join the Brand Ambassador Program?
    Are you interested in becoming a Vivid Fashion brand ambassador?Email us at ShopVividFashion@gmail.com, subject titled: Brand Ambassador Program. Please include links to all relevant social media profiles, screenshots of analytics or portfolio, and any relevant information to why you would be a good fit for the team. You can also gain recognition by tagging us on social media using #ShopVividFashion and @ShopVividFashion.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located in NW Oklahoma City, OK but we ship nationwide.
  • How long is shipping? When should I expect tracking information?
    We offer shipping through USPS including Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. Please visit the USPS website here for more accurate information regarding shipping times. Tracking information is typically received within 24 hours and shipped out within 24 hours. For custom items, we ask that you please allow for a production period of 2-3 weeks. Once production has been completed, you will receiving tracking information.
  • I received an email that my order is ready for pickup. What do I do now?
    You can reach out to us via text or social media, @ShopVividFashion The pickup ready email which you received should include contact information. Please include your name, order number, and the times that you are available for pickup.
  • I placed an order, but still haven't receive a confirmation email?
    If you have not received a confirmation email within 48 hours of placing an order, please be sure to check your spam/junk mail. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please fill out a Contact Us form including the order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • What if I want to return an item?
    On most occasions, sales are final. However, we strive to keep our customers happy so some exceptions may be considered. For our return policy, please click here. Custom items and on sale items are not eligible for refund or return, NO EXCEPTIONS.
